Herefordshire is a county with a diverse tapestry of agriculture and artisan crafts interwoven with historic threads of tradition and architecture.

Home of cider making and Herefordshire cattle, with links to Elgar, Nell Gwynne and David Garrick…and that’s just the top of the iceberg!

It is one of the most rural and sparsely populated counties in England which affords it beautiful landscapes and many struuning attractions. The county is dotted with market towns surrounded by clusters of villages and at its centre is the City of Hereford, home of Hereford Cathedral and the Mappa Mundi along which rests the watery spine of the River Wye.

Each area of Herefordshire has its own distinct identity and visitors will have a packed itinerary in order to view its many attractions and take part in its many activities and special events.
